The selectorized barbell features both a barbell and a curl bar that can be adjusted from 9 to 36 kg using a dial. Quickly switch from one exercise to the next while performing a variety of full-body strength exercises. Performance: This space-saving design replaces up to 7 barbells and 7 curl bars (9, 13.5, 18, 22.5, 27, 31.5, and 36 kg) and is upgradeable to 54 kg. Workouts: Curls, tricep extensions, deadlifts, clean and press, glute bridges, squats, lunges, and much more.
