The selectorized barbell features both a barbell and a curl bar that can be adjusted from 9 to 36 kg using a dial. A quick switch from one exercise to another is possible, allowing you to perform a variety of full-body strength exercises. This space-saving design replaces up to 7 barbells and 7 curl bars (9, 13.5, 18, 22.5, 27, 31.5, and 36 kg) and is upgradeable to 54 kg. Possible workouts include curls, tricep extensions, deadlifts, clean and press, glute bridges, squats, lunges, and much more.
