Product details
Asymmetric steel carabiner with large capacity for belaying in intensive indoor or outdoor use. It benefits from the Twin-Gate concept with second gate made of wire. Twin-Gate is a revolutionary safety system developed by Grivel. Ideal at the belaystation or in the upper pulley: easier clipping of the rope than with conventional
safety carabiners.
Its round profile with 11mm diameter is gentle on the rope and reduces rope wear when lowering in the toprope. Its movable gate can transform the Be Smith Twin Gate into a directional carabiner at the belay.
