Ace AF-1 44 Set

The Ace AF1 skateboard truck is based on the original Ace geometry and is manufactured using a proprietary casting process. The structural integrity of the aluminum has been enhanced through technical adjustments compared to standard casting methods. Models 44 to 77 feature adjusted dimensions for various board widths. The construction consists of an AA 356.2 aluminum alloy with T6 heat treatment for baseplates and hangers. The axle pins made from SAE 4140 steel alloy are oversized to minimize play in the bearings. The system includes axle nuts with an integrated re-threading function for thread repair. The pivot cups are made from hand-cast 96a urethane. Steering is regulated by a bushing system with specific hardness levels. The ends of the hanger are machined to ensure precise contact with the bearings.
