Two different drums made of high-quality stainless steel with blades that stay sharp for a long time: Coarse grating drum no. 3 grates a wide variety of vegetables and fruit, cheese, chocolate, or nuts into coarse strips; ideal for Swiss rösti. Grating drum fine no. 4 grates a wide variety of vegetables and fruit, hard cheese, chocolate, or nuts into fine strips, as well as bread for breadcrumbs.
