Housing made of robust, food-safe ABS plastic. Two different drums made of high-quality stainless steel with blades that stay sharp for a long time: The coarse grater drum No. 3 grates a variety of vegetables and fruits, cheese, chocolate, or nuts into coarse strips; ideal for Swiss rösti. The fine grater drum No. 4 grates a variety of vegetables and fruits, hard cheese, chocolate, or nuts into fine strips, as well as bread for breadcrumbs.
