Housing made of robust, food-safe ABS plastic. Two different drums made of high-quality stainless steel with blades that stay sharp for a long time: The coarse grating drum no. 3 grates a variety of vegetables and fruit, cheese, chocolate or nuts into coarse strips; ideal for Swiss rösti. The fine grating drum no. 4 grates a variety of vegetables and fruit, hard cheese, chocolate or nuts into fine strips as well as bread for breadcrumbs.
