Housing made of robust, food-safe ABS plastic.

Three different drums made of high-quality stainless steel with long sharp blades:

Universal rubbing drum no. 1 - ideal for rubbing fruit, nuts, and cereals, e.g., for homemade mueslis. Cutting drum no. 2 - cuts many kinds of vegetables into even slices for salads, gratins, or homemade chips. Grating drum coarse no. 3 - grinds various vegetables and fruit, cheese, chocolate, or musts into coarse strips; ideal for Swiss rösti.

Dishwasher safe.
