Grates or cuts a variety of vegetables, fruits, and other foods for the daily preparation of tasty dishes. The housing is made of robust, food-safe ABS plastic. It includes three different drums made of high-quality stainless steel with long sharp blades: Universal rubbing drum no. 1 is ideal for rubbing fruit, nuts, and cereals, perfect for homemade mueslis. Cutting drum no. 2 cuts many kinds of vegetables into even slices for salads, gratins, or homemade chips. Grating drum coarse no. 3 grinds various vegetables and fruits, cheese, chocolate, or musts into coarse strips, making it ideal for Swiss Rösti. It is dishwasher safe.
