Questions about Wood's AC Cortina 12K Smart Home

The screw and this small plate were not included, which is useless without it, and it is a Euro plug and no adapter. That's really annoying and I couldn't install the window putty or plug in the air conditioning. Are this screw and plug not included?

Does it need regular draining of the condensation water in cooling mode? Unfortunately there is nothing about this in the instructions

How can I test whether the dehumidification works (does the unit dehumidify at all in "Cool" mode?)? What surprised me is that the humidity did not really go down, the relative humidity remains at 55% (as much as at the beginning) even after 2 hours of continuous operation, is that to be expected? (Both in Cool and in Dehum (dehumidification) mode).

How wide/long is the part of the window kit?
