Turns off when humidity is reached
We are very satisfied with the unit. It is in our basement and only works at night. So the noise doesn't bother us at all. I have never measured the noise level. All I can say about the "lowest" level is: try it out!

Yes and no. You can start the dehumidifier at night with a time programme. The hygrometer can be set to a target humidity, e.g. 50%, as soon as this is reached Albert switches off. When the humidity rises again, it starts again.
