Is the minimum noise level of 33 dB(A) really correct? Can the dehumidifier be used on the lowest setting?

We are very satisfied with the unit. It is in our basement and only works at night. So the noise doesn't bother us at all. I have never measured the noise level. All I can say about the "lowest" level is: try it out!
