my appliance is only a few weeks old, but suddenly the display started flashing and it no longer dehumidifies. What should I do?

Hello sstanford. Thank you for your message. Can we ask you what level you are running your Albert on? If you run it at a certain humidity level (e.g. 60%), it may be that the desired humidity level has been reached and the dehumidifier therefore stops working. It measures at intervals and when the humidity rises above the desired level again, it starts dehumidifying again. How does it behave if you leave it in continuous mode (CON)? Hello, if it no longer dehumidifies, I recommend that you send it in for warranty.
