Can I programme the dehumidifier so that it only comes on at night (electricity tariff) and when the humidity is high (e.g. >70%)?

Yes and no. You can start the dehumidifier at night with a time programme. The hygrometer can be set to a target humidity, e.g. 50%, as soon as this is reached Albert switches off. When the humidity rises again, it starts again.
