Difficult to find in Switzerland (for me) you have to look for suitable filter holders and for this version of the touch (first version) they are, unless I'm mistaken, 54 millimetres. I found some on European online sales sites, but you have to look carefully at the description because Sage/Breville (same product) uses a fixing that is not compatible with all other brands' machines. But there are plenty of aftermarkets for this product.

The only way I was able to warm cups is by using the hot water function to fill the cup up before making a coffee. I also don't get what it means by warming tray, as this does not exist...

Helpful answer

The machine is ready for use after 5 seconds. However, it is advisable to rinse the portafilter 1-2 times with hot water so that it is also hot - I collect the hot water in the cups. Then everything necessary is preheated within 5 minutes and you can make coffee.

The information here is certainly correct. It is a good machine, price-performance ratio is right, but it is not a professional bar machine and you need some patience until the coffee is pressed out. But it tastes good!

Hello! From my experience, it may be that too much coffee is ground that it simply does not fit in the portafilter. This can be regulated with the appropriate setting. During the grinding process, you can briefly press the portafilter handle towards the machine, which puts the grinder on 'pause', then shake the portafilter a little so that the already ground coffee is distributed a little more evenly in the portafilter, then continue the grinding process by pressing it again. Hope it helps.

1. We have not found any information about this. There are simply distributors in Switzerland. 2. Here are the instructions in all languages. French is also included here: https://www.sageappliances.com/content/dam/breville/ch/assets/miscellaneous/instruction-manual/espresso/BES880-instruction-manual.pdf 3. All the information about maintenance and descaling of the machine is described in the instructions for use. 4. In the event of a warranty claim, you can proceed as normal via our warranty process. https://www.galaxus.ch/fr/ReturnsAndWarranty

The quality of the crema has more to do with the freshness of the bean used than with the pump pressure. I can highly recommend the machine.
