Hey, I would say so. The air conditioning in our 45 square metre room (albeit with a sloping roof, so less volume) cools it down by several degrees. With an outside temperature of 32 degrees and what felt like 25 degrees inside, it took a few hours (approx. 1-2) until it was noticeably colder. We didn't measure everything, but after a few hours we were usually able to switch off the air conditioning or set it to a target temperature of 21 degrees.

This air conditioner is considered a mobile air conditioner, because it is designed to be portable and does not require fixed installation. It combines the flexibility of a mobile air conditioner with the performance of a traditional split air conditioner.

this is a mobile split system, the outer part with the fan is firmly connected to the inner part via the hose and cannot be separated. if you want to close the window or the door, you take the outer part and place it on top of the inner part. there is also a thin plate in the package that you place on the inner part so that the outer part holds more securely and the inner part is not damaged. i can only tell you that i have been waiting for over a year for the porta split to become available. it is the only mobile split system at this price, and one of the quietest and most efficient.

Delivery is definitely to the point of use if purchased directly from Galaxus. I contacted Galxus by email to enquire, as I live on the 3rd floor without a lift. This item weighs just under 50 kilos when packed. You can also buy it from Galaxus via Mediadeal, which currently costs €998.01 and only delivers to the kerbside.
