According to the manufacturer, the sous-vide cooker needs approx. 30 to 35 minutes for 20 litres at a room temperature of 25 °C. The water circulation is 15 litres per minute. The circulation of the water is 15 litres per minute.

Are you sure the device even have serviceable parts readily available? I'd think that once it dies, you get a new one, based on it's construction.
