Question about Koenig Sous vide cooker
the first one I received doesn't light up when I leave my 5sc finger on the power button... nothing can be done, yet it makes a beep and the screen lights up briefly when I plug in the plug. So I made a warranty claim and received a new one and I have exactly the same problem! nothing to do they don't want to turn on the touch buttons don't work.... I'm sure my plugs work fine!
The same here. We've even sent the appliance in for servicing once and now it's not working again. A disappointment every time you want to use it again. I would never buy it again.
I bought one of these (actually not through Galaxus) and had exactly the same issue. Didn’t work at all. There’s clearly a systemic problem with them.
We feel exactly the same way. We wanted to try it for the first time today........

Your department's response: I've checked our system and in fact several appliances have been returned over the last two months.
I hope that in future you will put something in place so that it's not the customer who tells you that you should stop delivering faulty appliances if customers are sending them back en masse! So I've wasted 20 days trying to find a solution
