Can we program it to start at a certain time? E.g. switch on at 17:00 for 2 hours at 60°C ? Est-ce que l'on peu le programmer afin qu'il démare à une heure spécifique. Par ex. démarer à 17:00 pour 2h à 60°C ?

No, you cannot program it in advance because the cooking time is counted as soon as the degree of cooking of the liquid (water) is reached.
