The dots only light up as a check or when the box is sufficiently charged. Just leave it to charge for a few hours on a 5v (3a) adapter and then it will be fine. At first I thought the box wasn't charging either.

If you have USB then you have too little power. Buy a good cigarette lighter adapter with USB then it should work

It would also be impossible for me to reheat 2 meals in a row. I don't mind, I only use it for my lunch at work. I have to say that I heat it to 75° so that my meal is hot enough. I'm also very happy with the Heatbox

Heat Box Go can be easily charged via USB-C. If you are travelling, you don't need a socket because you have already charged it at home (battery). The Style is switched on using a plug/socket.

I don't have this problem. Airplane mode on the Iphone, in out, Bluetooth in again, hold down the power button on the Heatsbox. Delete connection on Android. Otherwise update/reinstall app.
