Question about Koenig HeatsBox Go

I have bought a Heast Box Go and am having problems connecting the app to the Heast Box. I have IOS devices I Phone and I-Pad unfortunately it does not find the box via Bluetooth. When I try with my wife's tablet and mobile (Android devices) it works. Do you have any tips on what I could do? Thank you very much for your reply.

I don't have this problem. Airplane mode on the Iphone, in out, Bluetooth in again, hold down the power button on the Heatsbox. Delete connection on Android. Otherwise update/reinstall app.
