Question about Koenig HeatsBox Go
I have had the HeatsBox Go since May 2025. For about 3 weeks now, it has been smelling (stinking) strongly of electronics. Even when it's not in use. Why is that? What can be done?
If the Koenig HeatsBox Go smells permanently of electronics, this indicates a defect or an electrical problem. Disconnect from the power supply immediately and do not use.
