MHW 3Bomber Espresso Puck

The espresso puck screen is placed on top of the coffee cake pressed down with the tamper, ensuring an even flow of water. The channeling effect is reduced, allowing for a uniform extraction of all the coffee grounds. This results in the extraction of all the aromatic compounds from the coffee.

Another advantage is that the brew head remains clean and tidy due to minimal contact with the coffee grounds. The coffee puck becomes more compact and can be ejected in one piece without leaving a mess.

This puck screen fits perfectly on 53 mm portafilters. Through repeated testing, MHW 3Bomber has determined that 53.35 mm is the perfect size. It fits precisely in 53 mm portafilters and reduces coffee ground waste.

The screen has a thickness of only 0.2 mm, making it ultra-thin, so the amount of coffee grounds does not need to be reduced. The entire screen is made of stainless steel (SUS304), making it very robust and durable. Additionally, it is coated with black titanium. Not suitable for dishwasher use.
