The material bamboo provides the best properties for frequently used cutting boards. Bamboo is resistant, durable, light, easy to care for, natural and has a cut-resistant surface. They can be used as dulcimer and chopping board and can be used to cut vegetables, fruit, meat, cheese and bread, for example. To prevent food or germs from sticking, simply clean the cutting boards after use with lukewarm water and a damp cloth and then dry them thoroughly by hand and in the air. From the Katana series you will also find darker cutting boards and various wooden cutting board versions with and without juice groove.
