Product details

The material bamboo offers excellent properties for cutting boards. Bamboo is resilient, durable, lightweight, easy to care for, natural, and has a cut-resistant surface. These boards can be used both as a zither and as a cutting board, and are suitable for cutting vegetables, fruits, meat, cheese, and bread. To prevent food or germs from sticking, simply clean the cutting boards after use with lukewarm water and a damp cloth, and then dry them thoroughly by hand and air. The Katana series also includes darker cutting boards and a version with a juice groove.
