Product details

The material bamboo provides excellent properties for cutting boards. Bamboo is resistant, durable, lightweight, easy to care for, natural, and has a cut-resistant surface. These boards can be used as both a dulcimer and chopping board, suitable for cutting vegetables, fruit, meat, cheese, and bread. To prevent food or germs from sticking, simply clean the cutting boards after use with lukewarm water and a damp cloth, then dry them thoroughly by hand and air. The Katana series also includes darker cutting boards and a version with a juice groove.
