Thus bamboo is resistant, durable, light, easy-care, natural and has a cut-resistant surface. This makes it very suitable for use as a dulcimer and cutting board, and it can be used to cut vegetables, fruit, meat, cheese and bread, for example. To prevent food or germs from sticking, simply clean the cutting boards after use with lukewarm water and a damp cloth and then dry them thoroughly by hand and in the air. From the Katana series you will also find darker cutting boards and a version with a juice groove.
