Ascaso Dream Pid

The Ascaso DREAM PID is the professional version of the classic DREAM. Encased in a retro design, it is now a true barista tool. With precise temperature control, adjustable electronic pre-infusion, a shot clock, portioning electronics for two quantities, a professional portafilter, and externally accessible brew pressure regulation, it provides everything needed for the optimal extraction of high-quality espressos.

This is a single-circuit espresso machine featuring a new high-performance thermoblock made of stainless steel and aluminum, an integrated heating loop, a precision manometer for monitoring brew pressure, and a housing made of painted or polished aluminum. The 1.3-liter tank is illuminated, and the professional brass portafilter is compatible with 58 mm baskets.

Included are 5 baskets for use with ground coffee and ESE pods, as well as an aluminum tamper. The cup tray features a railing and an integrated cup warmer. The PID control allows for precise temperature selection and a time display during extraction.

Additionally, there is portioning electronics for two portion sizes, adjustable pre-infusion, and a standby function. The adjustable expansion valve is used to set the brew pressure, and the portafilter handle and steam knob are made from hardwood.

The high-performance thermoblock ensures a quick heat-up time. The maximum cup height is 7 cm. Color: matte black. Included are 5 baskets for use with ground coffee and ESE pods, as well as an aluminum tamper.
