Ascaso Dream Pid

The Ascaso DREAM PID is the professional version of the classic DREAM. Encased in a retro design, it is now a true barista tool. With precise temperature control, adjustable electronic pre-infusion, shot clock, portioning electronics for two quantities, a professional portafilter, and externally accessible brew pressure regulation, it offers everything needed for the optimal extraction of high-quality espresso.

This is a single-circuit espresso machine featuring a new high-performance thermoblock made of stainless steel and aluminum, an integrated heating loop, a precision manometer for monitoring brew pressure, a housing made of painted or polished aluminum, and a 1.3-liter illuminated tank. The professional brass portafilter is suitable for 58 mm filters.

Included: 5 filters for use with ground coffee and ESE pods, as well as an aluminum tamper. The cup tray features a railing and an integrated cup warmer. The PID control allows for precise temperature selection and time display during extraction. The portioning electronics provide two portion sizes, adjustable pre-infusion, and a standby function.

An adjustable expansion valve for setting brew pressure, the portafilter handle, and the steam knob are made of hardwood. The high-performance thermoblock ensures a quick heat-up time.
