Alessi has set itself the ambitious goal of placing its third cookware series alongside the "La Cintura di Orione" series by Sapper in copper and steel, as well as the "Mami" series by Stefano Giovannoni in steel with an aluminum base. This line belongs to a distinctly lower price category while maintaining the same design quality and a particular focus on functionality. Jasper Morrison has tackled the challenging theme of representing "pottery" and has opted for a rigorous, linear style in a small design masterpiece of "Super & Popular." The project has found attentive and careful solutions for some details, such as the flared rim suitable for drip-free pouring, the internal wall scale, the lid handle that allows stacking the pots even with the lid closed, and the lid featuring a cooking spoon.
