Alessi has set itself the ambitious goal of positioning its third cookware series alongside the "La Cintura di Orione" series by Sapper, made of copper and steel, and "Mami" by Stefano Giovannoni, made of steel with an aluminum base. This line belongs to a decidedly lower price range while maintaining the same design quality and a particular focus on functionality. Jasper Morrison has tackled the challenging topic of representing "pottery" and has opted for a rigorous, linear style in a small design masterpiece of "Super & Popular." The project has found attentive and careful solutions for some details, such as the flared rim, which allows for drip-free pouring, the internal wall scale, the lid handle that enables stacking pots even with the lid on, and the lid that can be lifted with a cooking spoon.
