Moderate energy content: A reduced energy content promotes optimal condition and can minimize insulin resistance associated with overweight.

Glucose modulation: The effect of psyllium and the addition of cereals can effectively prevent postprandial hyperglycemia. Simple sugars are not included.

High protein content: The increased protein content helps reduce net energy intake and can ensure delayed glucose supply.

Joint protection: Chondroitin sulfate inhibits the enzymatic damage of chondrocytes, and glucosamine stimulates the regeneration of glycosaminoglycans, counteracting degenerative joint diseases.
