This has allowed us to achieve a preparation that was previously considered impossible. With our particularly gentle Fresh Meat technology, the fresh meat is processed directly into a croquette. This way, we can save on pre-drying stages, and the ingredients used remain fresh until just before processing. Only this way can the full flavor of the meat unfold in the croquette later on.
