Violan Seat cushion

Violan round seat cushion. For the first time, Metz Textil und Design breaks with its own tradition - but the company from Aschau am Inn does this firstly for a good innovative reason and secondly with a clear conscience: Instead of using genuine wool felt, Metz Textil und Design opts for Violan, a purely plant-based felt developed through years of meticulous work. The material feels just as high-quality as soft merino wool felt, but is made from plant residues and wood fibers. As a seat cushion, the felt is sewn in two layers with decorative stitching, allowing the cushion to be used on both sides. Equipped with a padded inner lining, the cushion has a good grip, but can only be cleaned by hand at 30°C. Its round shape adapts to all chairs and stools.
