In fact, this common unfortunate event is the very reason why the Oh chair was born. One day, while seated in a plastic chair on a restaurant patio, Oh chair designer, Karim Rashid’s chair broke. The very next day, in his studio, he began sketching plastic chairs and the Oh chair was born.
