Normann Copenhagen Shape

Simon Legald designed a chair for Normann Copenhagen with the aim of creating a seamless unit of seat and frame. To achieve this seamless look, an innovative solution was developed to connect the seat with the legs. The molded seat shell and the frame made of oak, walnut, or steel are easily connected using a unique plug-in system. The hard plastic seat elegantly meets the wooden or steel legs, highlighting the high-quality craftsmanship and the minimalist approach of Scandinavian furniture design.
