Moooi Coppélia

The Coppélia Suspended LED chandelier owes its name to the ballet of the same name by Léo Delibes. The chandelier is just as elegant as a ballerina in everyday use. A total of 54 light-emitting diodes provide uniform and widely diffused lighting and lend the room a cosy atmosphere. The basic construction of the Coppélia Suspended LED chandelier is a frame made of high-quality stainless steel. The ends of the struts are each fitted with a polycarbonate lampshade and an LED light source. The light source is already included in the scope of delivery. After completing his studies, Japanese designer Arihiro Miyake turned his full attention to the realisation of his design objects. He was not afraid to take risks and invested his entire fortune in the prototypes of his designs. This willingness to take risks paid off and helped him to establish himself as a designer.
