Wood is a natural product; cracks and knots are intentional. The unusual surface treatment gives the wood a vintage look, making each piece unique in design. The wood is limed, sanded black, and lacquered with clear varnish, resulting in a slightly rustic textured surface.

Matching clamping cushions and trim are available under accessories. The bed is available in size 140x200 cm with a central bar. We use solvent-free, water-based varnish, and the wood comes from nearby sawmills in Bavaria, ensuring sustainable cultivation.

The bed features THERMO spruce, which is steamed with high heat and dried without chemical additives, making it 100% organic and much harder through the THERMO process.

Each bed is unique with a divided headboard and four adjustable bed depths (18 cm, 16 cm, 13.5 cm, 11 cm). It includes a middle bar with a telescopic foot and is of high quality, made in Germany from our own production.

Surface treatment includes brushing and lacquering.

Assembly is easy and quick with clear instructions. The set includes one solid wood bed and one headboard, but does not include a slatted frame or mattress.
