Wood finish: spruce. As a natural product, cracks and knots are intentional. The modern skid base is black matte lacquered, and the feet are also black.

This unique design features wood that is limed, sanded black, and lacquered with clear varnish, resulting in a slightly rustic textured surface. The unusual surface treatment gives the wood a vintage look.

Matching support slats for roll-up grids can be ordered under accessories. The thermo spruce undergoes a specially developed process where the wood is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives, making it 100% organic. The wood becomes much harder through the thermo process.

The wood is sourced from surrounding sawmills in Bavaria, and the insertion depth can be adjusted four times (18 / 16 / 13.5 / 11 cm). The wood comes from sustainable cultivation, and we use solvent-free water-based varnish.

From size 140x200 with a middle bar, this bed is produced in Germany and is of high quality.
