Wood is a natural product; cracks and knots are intentional. The wood finish is spruce with a slightly rustic structured surface. The unusual surface treatment gives the wood a vintage look.

THERMO spruce: In a specially developed process, the spruce wood is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives. It is 100% organic, and the wood becomes much harder through the THERMO process.
