The wood finish is spruce with an old wood look, resembling wood that has been stored for 100 years. As a natural product, the wood features intentional cracks and knots, and has a rustic structured surface. The cover color is brown, with the wood being limed, sanded black, and lacquered with clear varnish. The unusual surface treatment gives the wood a vintage appearance.

We use solvent-free, water-based varnish, and the wood comes from sustainable cultivation. Matching support slats for roll-up grids can be ordered separately. The bed has an abrasion resistance of over 45,000 abrasion cycles and includes a middle bar for sizes 140x200 cm and above. The wood is sourced from nearby sawmills in Bavaria and is only suitable for slatted frames with a fixed frame.

The thermo spruce undergoes a specially developed process where it is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives, making it 100% organic and significantly harder.

The bed features a quilted headboard, four adjustable bed depths (18 / 16 / 13.5 / 11 cm), and includes a middle bar with a telescopic foot.

High quality, made in Germany, with a cover material of 100% polyester fabric. The surface treatment is brushed and lacquered, and the assembly is easy and quick with clear instructions provided.

Please note that the slatted frame and mattress are not included. The bed comes disassembled for easy self-assembly. The color is spruce with a brown finish.
