Wood is a natural product; cracks and knots are intentional. Cover color: Dark brown. Wood is limed, sanded black, and varnished with clear varnish. The unusual surface treatment gives the wood a vintage look.

Unique design features a slatted frame support of 2.5 x 2.5 cm. Abrasion resistance: Imitation leather: >100,000 abrasion cycles; Textured fabric: 30,000 abrasion cycles. Suitable for roll-up frames and slatted frames with a fixed frame.

We use solvent-free, water-based varnishes. The thermo spruce undergoes a specially developed process where the wood is steamed with high heat and dried simultaneously, completely without chemical additives, making it 100% biological. The wood becomes much harder through the thermo process.

Wood is sourced from surrounding sawmills in Bavaria and comes from sustainable cultivation. Each bed is unique and includes support slats for roller grilles.
