Philippe Starck and Eugeni Quitllet have merged three styles in the design of the Masters chair. The two designers thus honour three icons of contemporary design. In the "Space Age" style, in Masters they have interwoven elements from Arne Jacobsen's Series 7, Eero Saarinen's Tulip Armchair and Charles Eames' Eiffel Chair into a curvaceous hybrid. The wide and comfortable seat of the Starck chair rests on four delicate legs.
