Kartell Light Air table lamp

Light Air Table Lamp. Eugeni Quitllet turns the conventions of lampshades upside down with his daring design for the Italian manufacturer Kartell: Instead of a column supporting the classically styled lampshade, a rectangular frame made of laser-welded, smooth plastic holds it seemingly suspended in mid-air at first glance. The conical shade, while appearing classic in shape, enchants with a delicate embossed pattern. This charmingly prevents a clear view of the conventional socket (E14), into which any light bulb can be inserted according to taste. Kartell equips the modernly abstracted and thus quite airy Light Air Table Lamp with a warm glowing LED bulb (5 W) to enhance the radiant effect of the reflective plastic.
