A.I. Chair Armchair. "Artificial Intelligence" - that's what the abbreviation in the name stands for - created this chair for the Italian brand Kartell, according to the "mastermind" Philippe Starck. And yet you can't shake the feeling that the 3D software programmed by Autodesk didn't really draw this design on its own. Too similar to earlier Philippe Starck designs, the great throw of artificial intelligence comes as a mixture - yet exceedingly successful - of many chairs. Over two years of calculating and balancing different body and seat shapes with various materials went into creating a design that evokes maximum stability with minimal use of materials. And the most beautiful thing is that the A.I. Chair armchair by Kartell, with its flowing organic form, takes the basic ergonomic principles of sitting to heart.
