We offer a 5-year warranty on material and workmanship for all products marked with our Erwin Müller brand within the EU. The warranty begins upon delivery of the goods to the customer. This warranty does not limit statutory warranty claims, and the claim process is free of charge. To make a warranty claim, the defective goods must be sent back, and the customer should provide the purchase receipt if possible. In the case of a valid complaint, the paid purchase price and any expenses related to the defect will be fully refunded. There is no warranty for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A subsequent purchase warranty for pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
