In the case of a valid complaint, the paid purchase price and any expenses incurred due to the defect will be fully refunded. No guarantee is provided for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A guarantee for additional purchases of pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
