Additional innovative refinements include vacuum metallization of silver or copper. Silver, bronze, copper, and blue finishes are produced using an innovative and sustainable metal vacuum coating process. From an environmental perspective, sputtering is the cleanest coating technology for the type of metal used, as it avoids all emissions, particularly those of sulfuric acid and cyanides that are released into the atmosphere through galvanic processes. For the subsequent protective clear coat phase, a solid lacquer with a solvent content of up to 5% is used (compared to 75% in conventional products). The process generates very little waste, and the resulting surface is particularly durable over time. In each of these cases, the glass finish is designed to ensure the best ratio to the emitted light by shielding the light source and maximizing direct emission through transparency. The simplest version with the traditional E27 or E14 socket is designed to offer different power levels compared to the more innovative RWB version, where colors can be combined to create light landscapes that meet spatial requirements. It is a timeless solution, as it flexibly adapts to the development of standard source technologies.
