Many laboratory-specific functions, such as formulation function, percentage determination, and high precision make the KERN 572 a reliable partner for daily work in the lab. Its robust design and industrial-grade features, such as piece counting function, vibration-free weighing, and large weighing ranges, also make this series ideal for all industrial applications where the highest precision is required.

The KERN Universal Port (KUP) allows for the connection of external KUP interface adapters, such as RS-232, USB, Bluetooth, WLAN, or Ethernet, for data and command exchange without installation effort. The KERN Communication Protocol (KCP) enables querying and remote control of the scale via external control devices or computers.

The uniform, simplified operating philosophy and the freely programmable weighing unit, for example, display directly in thread length g/m or paper weight g/m², offer additional flexibility. The robust aluminum die-cast housing ensures a stable stand, protects the weighing technology, and is resistant to daily use.

A circular windscreen is included as standard, and the weighing chamber measures ∅×H 157×43 mm. A level and adjustable feet for precise leveling of the scale are also included as standard. A loop for underfloor weighing and a safety cover are part of the delivery.
