We bought two two years ago and one this year for the grandparents car. Because it can be used until 12 years old. Isofix fixing system.

does not fit my child and Galaxus does not accept return
Does not fit my child (i.e. shoulder straps are too low if the headrest is pulled down; if it is pulled up then child's head is beneath the heardrest design).
Galaxus refuses to accept return if opened. How on earth one can determine that 'it does not match description' if it is unopened?
Furthermore, I have just discovered that it is not possible to fix it in the laying/sleep position. Despite sliding the seat, it goes backwards to its original position. Obvious design fault.
If I knew that the product does not fit my child I would have never ordered it in a first place. Well done Galaxus - you are now going to lose a customer that has been loyal for more than 10 years.
