The OKIDAY footrest makes traveling by car safer and more comfortable for children. It can be installed in any vehicle that has an ISOFIX attachment point. By allowing the child's feet to rest, it ensures a more upright sitting position and correct belt guidance, which enhances safety. It also prevents numbness and legs falling asleep, reducing discomfort for little passengers.

The OKIDAY footrest is notable for its stability and intuitive operation. Constructed from lightweight metal, it can support a load of over 50 kg. The footrests facilitate easy entry and exit from the vehicle. A central rotary knob adjusts the footrests to the desired height and can be operated by children if needed. The elegant design is simple and integrates seamlessly with the vehicle's interior. The footrests can be folded up when not in use or when additional space is required. Installation is straightforward, using hooks that snap into the ISOFIX points and a robust Velcro fastening to the vehicle floor.

During development, special attention was given to ergonomics and functionality. The generous adjustment range of 20 cm and the 45 cm wide footrests are suitable for children between 4 and 12 years of age (minimum height 105 cm). The recess between the shelves allows children to let their legs hang down and stretch out. The plate connecting the footrest to the ISOFIX is flexible and adapts perfectly to the car seat. Safety and quality have been tested by independent laboratories in Europe and certified by TÜV.
