The 2-port USB serial adapter extends a desktop or laptop computer with two serial RS-232 DB/DE-9 (male) ports via a USB Type A port. Attach the adapter to a serial device using the pre-installed and removable slotted D-sub thumb screws or install the included DB-9 nuts to ensure compatibility with other serial devices or cables.

LED indicators for data transmission and data reception on each port of the adapter allow for real-time monitoring of connection activity. The USB LED indicates whether the adapter has been successfully connected to the desktop or laptop computer. All LEDs assist with diagnostics and troubleshooting.

The adapter is compatible with Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, and Linux. Drivers for Windows 7 and newer versions, as well as macOS 10.15 and newer, and Linux are installed automatically.
